Innago's pitch is simple: it is free for landlords with no unit cap. Income flows through ACH (free) or card (tenant-paid fee), and the platform monetises through tenant-paid fees rather than landlord subscriptions.
It is genuinely usable. Lease signing, rent collection, screening, and maintenance are all included. For a landlord with 1-15 units who wants to avoid software costs while keeping things organised, it is the best free option that does not feel crippled.
Limitations: support is slower than the paid alternatives and the UI shows its bootstrapped roots. Accounting integrations are limited and you may end up exporting data to a spreadsheet.
